Since 1993 Scott and Melissa Farrar have been the owners of ServiceTrust Inc. dba Molly Maid Williamson, South Davidson and Maury Counties, providing annually over 23,000 home cleanings in the market they serve. Their business also provides tile, grout and marble restoration through their Floor Care Division headed up by their son Daron. In July of 2007 they opened a Molly Maid Business in Hamilton County, TN with their daughter Ashley Doherty as its Chief Executive.
Their business is consistently ranked as a top 3 highest volume Molly Maid franchises out of 360 worldwide. Their franchise has received many awards for outstanding Customer Satisfaction, Market Share Penetration and Volume Growth from its Home Office and they have received many local “best of” awards.
Melissa serves as the CEO and is active on community boards including the Franklin Police Academy and the Ms. Molly Foundation, created to support victims of domestic violence. Prior to starting the business she worked in the trust department at SunTrust Bank and has held various management roles in the hospitality industry.
Scott serves as its President and joined his wife full time in the fall of 2006. Prior to this he served as Vice President of National Agreements- HCA/HealthTrust Purchasing Group, Brentwood, TN. With over 28 years experience in the investor owned healthcare industry, he managed a multi-disciplinary team responsible for negotiating a multi-billion dollar National Agreements portfolio covering medical equipment, medical/surgical supplies, pharmaceutical, non-medical supplies and equipment, information systems and telecommunications. Prior to joining HealthTrust, he was instrumental in the formation and served as COO of ProCure Solutions, Inc., the material management and supply chain subsidiary of one of the nation’s leading hospital management companies, Quorum Health Group.
Scott and Melissa reside in Thompsons Station Tn. and are active in their church, Grace Chapel-Leipers Fork TN.
