Rob J. Harvey serves as managing director for Sperry Van Ness Partners, specializing in the sale of multifamily and retail properties in the state of Tennessee. With 12 years experience, he has closed numerous transactions resulting in a career volume in excess of $750 million. Prior to focusing exclusively on commercial real estate Rob served as the founding CEO to Keller Williams-Green Hills, a prominent residential firm in Nashville, Tennessee, building a foundation leading toward industry records in growth, productivity and profitability. Previously, Rob served as President for Village Real Estate Services, championing the company towards dominance in revitalization and preservation of Nashville’s midtown and downtown areas. Rob earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Western Kentucky University.
Rob’s favorite pastime is being with his children Christian, Ellie, Ari, Max and Alex. He adores his wife, Mary, and considers her his richest blessing. Rob enjoys serving as Chairman of the Good Neighbor Foundation, a nonprofit organization he founded to develop citywide initiatives for the undeserved in Nashville, through programs such as Leaving the Cocoon and Freedom House. He also serves as President Emeritus of the Middle Tennessee Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals. He is also a board member for the Restore Ministries, a Jonathan Edwards Education Foundation Fellow and an active member of the CEO Fellowship. He loves young people and has directed and served as counselor for several summer camps for youth. Rob has a passion for developing the leaders around him. He is continually coaching and consulting people and organizations to develop their resources to achieve their mission. Rob and his family attend Bethel World Outreach and reside in Franklin, TN.
