Rick Batson (Vanderbilt University, B.S. 1982; Cumberland School of Law at Samford University, J.D. 1985) is the founder, owner and operator of Workforce Legal Seminars & HRseminars.com. These seminar training companies provide accredited and customized training programs to human resource professionals on all aspects of employment law.
He also provides personal, private, mastery level instruction in professional development, personal growth, leadership and performance excellence.
Rick has over 25 years of experience in employment law, human resources and training programs. He is a highly sought after public speaker and frequently receives invitations and requests to appear on radio and television.
He has handled cases in numerous state and federal courts at the trial and appellate level involving employment law, intellectual property, and the litigation of matters involving royalty payment disputes and professional negligence suits. His clients and suits have involved dozens of fortune 100 companies and some of his cases have been featured on the front page of the Wall Street Journal, Court TV Channel and the Geraldo Rivera Show.
He is also a past faculty member of the CEO Fellowship and has previously presented numerous programs to the fellowship.
