Nancy Reece is a talented author, recently serving as co-author and co-editor of the book, Strengthening the Organizational Heart. A highly requested speaker, with several national and international conferences in her portfolio, she and her husband, Bill reside in Franklin, Tennessee and are members of Grace Chapel in Leipers Fork.
She also serves as Senior Consultant with the Human Capital Group and has over 25 years of experience in the field of leadership development. She has over 20 years with the YMCA movement, including time serving as senior vice-president of leadership development at the YMCA of Middle Tennessee, as National Management Consultant for YMCA of the USA, and as executive director for the YMCA in Cabrini-Green, Chicago. Nancy was the first woman elected National Board Chair of the Association of YMCA Professionals in its 130 year history.
