Former President of Operations for Humana and the Founder and Former CEO of Health Management Associates, Joe brings tremendous leadership, wisdom, and experience to the CEO Fellowship as its Founder and Chairman. Joe is native to Nashville, a member of Brentwood Baptist Church, and proud father to Joe Jr, Gary, Greg, Andy, Celeste and Cara.

You might call him Delta Blues or Country Rock; depending on the song he is singing, but the one consistent thread is definitely “SOUL.”

Alex Harvey was born and raised in Delta country, just outside of Memphis, TN. With a multitude of influences such as the Blues his neighbors used to play on their porches, Country his mother loved, Big Band Swing his father favored, splashes of Rock and Roll and Folk and just when you think you’ve got a pot full of gris gris out comes deep, intimate, soulful songs like “Rueben James” and “Delta Dawn.” It’s no wonder he is hard to put into one category.

Ryan McKinney grew up in Natchez, MS and attended the University of Mississippi, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business Management. While at Ole Miss, Ryan studied extensively in Human Resources and worked for Caterpillar – HPE Group’s human resource department. Ryan was also a member of numerous organizations including the Business School Advisory Board and Ducks Unlimited.
