Rob’s favorite pastime is being with his children Christian, Ellie, Ari, Max and Alex. He adores his wife, Mary, and considers her his richest blessing. Rob enjoys serving as Chairman of the Good Neighbor Foundation, a nonprofit organization he founded to develop citywide initiatives for the undeserved in Nashville, through programs such as Leaving the Cocoon and Freedom House. He also serves as President Emeritus of the Middle Tennessee Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals. Rob and his family attend Bethel World Outreach and reside in Franklin, TN.
Former President of Operations for Humana and the Founder and Former CEO of Health Management Associates, Joe brings tremendous leadership, wisdom, and experience to the CEO Fellowship as its Founder and Chairman Emeritus. Joe is native to Nashville, a member of Brentwood Baptist Church, and proud father to Joe Jr, Gary, Greg, Andy, Celeste and Cara.
Scott has served at Brentwood Baptist as Minister of Missions since February of 2002. A native of San Jose, California, Scott spent part of his childhood as a missionary kid in Barbados. He later served in London and Hong Kong as a student worker and pastor. Scott is currently writing his dissertation for his Doctoral thesis at Vanderbilt University. Scott is married to Beth and they have two children-Elizabeth and Jonathan.
You might call him Delta Blues or Country Rock; depending on the song he is singing, but the one consistent thread is definitely “SOUL.”
Alex Harvey was born and raised in Delta country, just outside of Memphis, TN. With a multitude of influences such as the Blues his neighbors used to play on their porches, Country his mother loved, Big Band Swing his father favored, splashes of Rock and Roll and Folk and just when you think you’ve got a pot full of gris gris out comes deep, intimate, soulful songs like “Rueben James” and “Delta Dawn.” It’s no wonder he is hard to put into one category.
Genma Holmes actress, model, and speaker turned entrepreneur caused quite a stir several years ago by starting an environmental pest control company. Holmes Pest Control is a commercial pest control company that serves businesses throughout the State of Tennessee. Genma Holmes has carved her place in the 70 billion-pest control industry. This industry has fewer than 30 black pest control owners nationally.
Originally from Mississippi, Genma Holmes attended Mississippi State University and later Tennessee State University where she met her husband Roger Holmes. Best known for her public relations work with Carol Wior, Inc, Genma used her marketing and PR knowledge to brand stamp Holmes Pest Control and to raise awareness for the use of safe and effective environmental pesticides. She has taken the message about her company to business, schools, and women groups.
