Danny is a 19 year veteran in human resources. The last ten years have been spent as an agent of change in three separate organizations. In each circumstance, Danny was able to play a key role in building a human resource function capable of driving significant transformation efforts throughout the organization. Danny was counted upon as a strategic business partner to guide the organization in achieving business success by leveraging human capital effectively. Danny’s industry experience includes public accounting, marketing, manufacturing and a sales and service roll-up. Danny earned his Bachelor of Business administration from Georgia State University in Atlanta, Georgia completed his Masters in Business Administration from The Massey School at Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee. Active in the community, Danny has served on the Board of Middle Tennessee Society of Human Resources and The Medius Circle, a young leader’s initiative of the United Way of Williamson County. He is an active member of Franklin First United Methodist Church. Danny resides in Franklin, Tennessee with his wife Dana and son Bryant.
