Building on over twenty years experience in domestic and international sales and marketing leadership, Mr. Rawnsley is currently a partner in M&R Executive Sales and Solutions, a business consulting company he helped found in 2006. M&R’s focus is to help clients accelerate business performance the same way a TUGBOAT assists larger ships – navigating the organization through the foggy seasons of uncertainty, bringing clarity and assurance to the retooling of an organization, providing the extra strength and expanded capacity to make strategic adjustments and changes, and/or launching an organization into new markets.
